There's no top or bottom items that both Male and Female can wear that has no job requirements (Except GM tops and bottom.)

These scripts will be useful :

(Checks if the character is Male)

or

if(cm.getChar().getGender() == 1)

(Checks if the character is Female)

use these scripts and give a non-NX item and delete that item from the all-in-one shop.

I suggest,

For Male,

Top - Blue Striped Undershirt - 1040036
Bottom - Blue Striped Boxers - 1060026

For Female,

Top - Pink Tanktop - 1041046
Bottom - Pink Cotton Boxers - 1061039

For the cape, I suggest Sirius Cloak (1102145) and delete it from the all-in-one shop.

For the gloves, I suggest Machine Gloves (1082222) because it's not obtainable in game.

For the shoes, I suggest Violet Snowshoes (1072239) and it should be deleted from the all-in-one shope.
