Hello, I have recently been encountering a problem with people avioiding the boundaries of the TOS.
I have one applicant (Who's name shall be concealed for the purpose of any embarrasment.) who has disobeyed the following that he has agreed to, the examples of his disobey is as follows.
On a side note, Admins count as Side-Owners and also, the next quote Im bringing up states that he has also done the following to me.
And Also, the TOS included with the client also states upon usage of the client, you cannot apply for a GM spot without the proper tire or 1 month of being a loyal player.
I would also like to add another thing to the T.O.S. that will help resolve this problem. I want to add the following.

You Agree Not To Harass Our Owner For GM Slots.
You Agree Not To Ask The Owner To Look Upon Your Application(s).

[Head GM]- Whoever Holds The Place Of This Title Will Be Worked In
[Game Master Leader]- Person Selected By The Game Master Group To Represent Them
[Regular Member's Vote]- Overall Decision By Players Of The Server
Decisions By The Following Groups Can Be Taken Under These Certain Conditions:
[Owner(s)]- Can Pend Or Suspend Pending Application Without Permissions
[Admin Leader]- Can Pend Or Suspend A Pending Application Temporarily
[Head GM]- Can Suggestion A Pend For A Person's Application(s)
[Game Master Leader]- Can Suggestion A Pend For A Person's Application(s)
[Regular Member's Vote]- Can Report Neglect Or Behavioral Problems To Staff Associated With Processes
Weight By The Following Groups Can Do The Following In The Desicion Of A GM Application Pending Or Acception:
[Owner(s)]- Can Pend, De-Pend, Accept Applications without Permissions
[Admin Leader]- Can Pend, De-Pend(TEMP), Refer To Applications w/ 80% Accept Percent From [Owner(s)]
[Head GM]- Can Pend(TEMP) Or Request A Pend From [Owner(s)] w/ 50% Accept
[Game Master Leader]- Can Suggest Pends Or Request A Pend From [Owner(s)] w/ 25% Accept
[Regular Member's Vote]- Can Suggest Pends From [Owner(s)] w/ 10% Accept
Decisions By Final Vote:
[Owner(s)]- Decides End Result, Weighing Into Results Of Other Votes
[Admin Leader]- Gets 25% Vote "Yes Or No" Decision Must Be Present Within 3 Hours Of Vote
[Head GM]- Gets 25% Vote "Yes Or No" Decision Must Be Present Within 3 Hours Of Vote
[Game Master Leader]- Gets 25% Vote "Yes Or No" Decision Must Be Present Within 3 Hours Of Vote
[Regular Member's Vote]- Gets 25% Vote "Yes Or No" Decision Will Be Weighed On If Results From Other 75% End Up 25% to 50%.
[End Result]- If The Following Occurs The Situation That Covers It Will Happen:
[25% - 75% Vote]: The Application Fails To Pass, Can Be Accepted By [Owner(s)] At Last Minute Decision
[75% - 25% Vote]: The Application Passes, Application Can Be Looked Over And Denied At Last Minute By [Owner(s)]
[50% - 50% Vote]: The Application Can Pass Or Fail, Determination Can Be Decided By Re-Vote Or [Owner(s)]'s Choice
[100% - 0% Vote]: The Application Passes And [Owner(s)] Overturn Cannot Be Played
[0% - 100% Vote]: The Application Has Been Denied And [Owner(s)] Overturn Cannot Be Played
[Decisions At End]-Variables That Determine The Outcome
[Failing Application]: Application Has Been Denied And Applier Cannot Apply Again Unless Circumstances Change
[Passing Application]: Application Has Been Accepted And Applier Becomes Game Master Unless Circumstances Change
[[Owner(s)]'s Overturn Potential]: Application Can Be Accepted Or Denied By Final Choice By [Owner(s)] Unless Circumstances Change
